The Finance department manages and controls monetary aspects, such as budget planning, accounting, cost analysis, and investments, to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the business.
The Governance department, which includes InfoSec, Compliance, and Legal, is responsible for ensuring alignment with internal and external norms and regulations, as well as implementing security and compliance measures to ensure the smooth operation and protection of the business.
The IT Infrastructure department manages and maintains all technological infrastructure, including networks, servers, operating systems, and equipment, ensuring the support and availability of resources necessary for technology services’ operations.
New Business & Sales
Working in New Business & Sales means having the ability to identify opportunities, generate and manage relationships, and support understanding our clients’ needs.
Our Special Programs
Hackathon Decola is Briteris’ internship program focused on developing and training new professionals. It offers an entirely innovative internship experience centered on what’s important to us: the ability to learn quickly and a passion for programming.
We allocate 50% of the openings for women during the selection process, and all candidates have the opportunity to participate in a development marathon. They also receive intensive training in one of the programming languages used at Briteris.
The best-rated individuals during the challenge are hired for the Hackathon Decola Internship Program and undergo 16 weeks of training before being assigned to our clients’ projects.

The SomoS Program was created by Briteris to bring more diversity and inclusion to the technology market. Through partnerships with NGOs and social enterprises from across the country, the program aims to enable the entry of underrepresented groups into tech careers, providing the necessary training and support.
